This was a great tour. I was impressed with Bob Tiffin taking the time to meet and great all of us.

We really enjoyed the tour of the Tiffin factory. It was great to see how our Motorhome was built. Watching how much workmanship and pride goes into each coach was great to see first hand. Meeting Bob Tiffin was an extra special treat. Thank you for our guide and all the knowledge he shared as well. It was great!

Took a factory tour today. Bob Tiffin met with our group. Was very open, ask questions both easy and hard. Was very upbeat. Went through all but the paint shop. After tour openly responded to what they are doing to achieve their Mission by 2027 of being #1 in quality and customer satisfaction

We love our Tiffin Motorhome, so we were especially excited to tour the facility in Red Bay, Alabama where it was built—and it did not disappoint.

Seeing firsthand the care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that goes into each motorhome was truly impressive. It gave us an even deeper appreciation for the quality we’ve come to expect from Tiffin.

One of the highlights of the visit was unexpectedly meeting the founder, Bob Tiffin, and even having the opportunity to take a photo with him. That personal touch made the experience even more special.

Our tour guides were excellent -knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly proud of the work being done.

I highly recommend taking this tour. It gives you a real understanding of why Tiffin Motorhomes are simply the best!

Fantastic job as always!

We had a great time on the factory tour today. Plus it was extra special to met Bob Tiffin. I hate we could not take photos while on the tour, but we respect that decision. I worked for Caterpillar for 20 plus years and they had similar rules while on the tour. They did come up with group photos were at specific points in the tour that were then shareable on social media. That may be something to consider. The tour was very informative and we’re are glad we took the time to learn more about on 2017 Tiffin Phaeton 40AH.

Beautiful experience! The kids loved to see how Tiffin makes the Motorhomes and we truly enjoyed it. Can’t wait to come back

Harold our tour guide was awesome! He did a great job giving some history and then guiding through the plant explaining the different operations at each station. I was a little disappointed that we weren't able to get as up close to some of the stations as I would have liked. I also hope they start paint shop tours again. A great tour would highly recommend to anyone.
